I just started grad school and with this online format I feel this is going to be a great investment for my health and also utilizing this knowledge while we're on stay at home orders here in California. Your knowledge in the fitness world is top tier and I hope to learn and contribute along the way during this challenge.

If you watched the Introduction video, you know your first assignment was to clean your room, decide on a workout space, and look over the HomeBody Week 1 tab.

I harp on cleaning your living space because, "the first step in crafting the life you want is to get rid of the things you don't". Clutter of the home usually results in clutter of the mind. If we want to focus on the objective, we have to get rid of that clutter!
