Yoga with Cleo

We're at a brand-new studio!

Join us for a 45-minute Vinyasa yoga flow, followed by light meditation. Our dedicated instructor Cleopatra will guide you through a harmonious blend of ancient practices and modern techniques.

Mats, yoga props, and water will all be available to you but feel free to bring your own if you'd like.

Parking is first come, first serve but there are plenty of spots available.
