About the Event
WE'RE BACK!
Yoga For The Girls" is an interactive yoga session for women (SHE/THEY) of color in Los Angeles. Our goal is to create a safe space where WOC can strengthen the connection between their mind and body.
We'll have a 40-minute Vinyasa Yoga session with instructor Sydney G (@sydny.g)
Bring your own mat OR we can provide you with one!
Refreshments provided by @HealthAde
If you have the means please bring tampons, pads, wipes, or socks to be donated to Homeless Women in Los Angeles.
