About the Event
Yoga For The Girls" is an interactive yoga session for women(she/they) of color in Los Angeles. Our goal is to create a safe space where WOC can strengthen the connection between their mind and body.
We'll have a 45-minute Vinyasa Yoga session followed by refreshments and much more!
Bring your own mat or we can provide you with one!
You'll leave with your mind and body in a better place than when you entered. In addition, your hands will also be full of treats from our sponsor @artlifepractice.
