The Home-Body Project is a 30 day program that will encourage you to look deeper into your diet, exercise regimen, sleep schedule, and overall mental health. You WILL make positive changes to your lifestyle! We have no doubt.

Upon registration you will receive access to the weekly workouts and forum in your profile.
BEFORE/AFTER PHOTO SUBMISSION (optional)
'Before' pictures must be submitted by January 5th to CleopatrasArmy@Gmail.com
'After' pictures must be submitted by January 31st to CleopatrasArmy@Gmail.com
Men, wear shorts only.
Ladies, wear a sports bra & shorts.
Take photos in a room with good lighting.
Submit 3 full body angles: front, side, and back.
Hold a paper with the date.
WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR PICTURES WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.
Complete a minimum of 15 workouts.
You can share your workouts with us two ways:
I. Mention/tag @cleopatrasarmy #cleopatrasarmy #homebody on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, or Facebook.
II. Post your journey in the community forum.
TRANSFORMATION: Physical transformations are always inspiring, but we value inner transformation too. Our goal is to create new habits that will foster beyond the contest.
CONSISTENCY: You need to be consistent in order for this program to work, but that’s what the daily motivation is for. We want to keep you on track.
